Learn about one of our best in the industry; Ruby Gyang

The Benue native, known for her soothing vocals, distinct style of song writing, and confident charisma, mixes the musical genres of Soul, Tribal house,Reggae,R&B and AfroBeat to create a sound that brings pleasure and easy delight to the ears. In recognition of her talent and vocal prowess, she was chosen personally by the legendary musician Youssou N'dour to perform with him his song 7 Seconds on the 24th of February 2014.

Her singles Okay, Down and the immensely popular Goodman have also endeared her to music lovers the world over. In fact, Goodman was listed by BEAT FM as one of the top Nigerian wedding songs of 2014. Also, Tosyn Bucknor (one of Nigeria's most popular OAP's) listed her as one of the Top artistes of 2014.

Described as a songbird who is constantly pushing boundaries in her music and stage performances, Ruby is highly sought after by other musicians who regard her as the perfect 'hook singer'. This is evident in her various collaborations with the likes of Ice Prince, M.I, Naeto C, ShowDemCamp, Mode 9 and Khali Abdu.

Ruby is incredibly passionate about child development, art development and gender advocacy. She also hopes to one day establish a foundation that supports the all-round development of the girl child.
